GB was the 3rd youngest team in 2015 and perpetually in need of outspoken, veteran leadership for the young guys.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="color: #000000">IMHO I think Peppers is done in GB & not worth the $10.5Mil cap hit ($2.5Mil dead money if cut)... so Neal would be his full time replacement. He's been available and has situationally played in 16 games/season for the last 3 seasons, so being an OLB has (hopefully) eliminated the serious-injury knock on him as a young guy. Pay reasonable starting OLB $$ and have Neal & CM3 on the edges.</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
