Message: <blockquote data-quote="sschind" data-source="post: 798905" data-attributes="member: 10247">The Decider.   Sounds like the next villain on DC's Legends of Tomorrow.  I would guess that most decisions any GM makes come with input from the coach and I would hope that would be the case.  Just because a guy has absolute authority doe not mean its a good idea to wield it without consulting the guy who works directly with the players.  The input may be more crucial with some players and I am sure there are cases where it is not needed or sought (borderline players and/or serious infractions)  but making decisions on who to cut or who to sign without consulting the head coach would be a big mistake and a recipe for eventual disaster if you ask m.</blockquote>
