Former Bulldog Eric Stokes was kind of a 1st round whiff for the Packers, but Wyatt, Walker and Bullard appear to be working out. So fingers crossed on Brinson and Stackhouse.

Loved Stackhouse's post after 13 of his teammates were drafted and he went undrafted.

I'll forever argue the Stokes whiff, that injury changed him - his lower body mechanics were never the same.

First thing that stands out is he was part of that 2021 Georgia Championship Team. He knows how to handle pressure. Actually he rose up in a recent 2024 game against a stout Texas OL with 2.5 TFL.

His College career produced 71 Tackles and an impressive 19.8% TFL rate.

He was generally rated between a priority UDFA and 4th Round selection (Walter Cherepinsky). Zerlein had him RD5 (Slaton area).

12th most athletic DL in a strong and deep DL class. 6.17 NFL draft rating. Developmental to eventual Starter

Brinson is the all around DL. He lines from 0 tech to 5T and was occasionally set at the Edge. Versatility is his calling card.

High motor. Above average Disruption from Interior. Well rounded, call it B grade Run B grade Pass rusher. Best used in Upfield Pass Rush sets where his athletic ability is utilized in chase mode plowing through RB or QB who scramble but hesitate to see lane open and meet a Semi Truck full tilt.

Also had plenty of experience with 5 seasons in college (recent Packer theme). Used to playing high level SEC opponents and plenty of experience. Posted career highs in tackles, TFL and QB hurries including 5 in 1 contest. Best season was 2024 and best game was a big win over Texas Dec 2024 (2.5 TFL). Ascending player.

I like that.

Come to camp with a chip on your shoulder, something to prove. Show the other 31 teams that they got it wrong.
All 32 teams failed to draft him so Stackhouse needs to prove to the Packers they also made a mistake in shunning him to an UDFA. He has a great name for a D lineman.
