Packers' Wide Receivers To Take On Vikings' Defensive Linemen In Hour-Long Ring-Off

The Green Bay Packers' wide receivers are set to take on the Minnesota Vikings' defensive linemen in a friendly battle to see who can raise the most money in a Salvation Army Red Kettle Challenge, Oct. 30.

The ring-off competition will take place from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. with the Packers' receivers, Donald Driver, Greg Jennings, James Jones, Jordy Nelson and Brett Swain, ringing bells in the Lambeau Field Atrium in exchange for autographs. Vikings defensive line coach Karl Dunbar and members of the team's defensive line simultaneously will be ringing bells at a to-be-determined Salvation Army support site in the Minneapolis area.

Packers fans are encouraged to support the effort by stopping by to make a donation. With many area schools off for a teachers' convention, students are asked to support the cause as well.
