1. MVP-type season: Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer is unlikely to win the MVP award this season, but he'll be near the top of the voting. Palmer has rebounded from a torn ACL he suffered in Week 10 last year with one of the best seasons of his career. Through 13 games, Palmer has thrown 31 touchdown passes and nine interceptions and has the highest passer rating of his career (107.2). Without Palmer at the end of 2014, the Cardinals crashed and burned. With Palmer this season, Arizona is a legitimate Super Bowl threat.
