Personally, I remember Steve Largent on the field and I admire his ability. I think what folks are saying here is that many, but not all, Packer fans have been fans all of their life and many remember being fans through 30 lean years. So forgive Packer fans if they seem less than impressed with fans who trumpet their team's glory but jump ship to the next big winning sensation when the opportunity presents itself. Much of human nature prefers a winner over losing. A lot of people somehow personally invest their own self image in a team. So to identify with a team that is currently on a hot streak, they get an ego boost. Thus in this area of the country, Steelers equipment and products were all over the place for many years. Now all of a sudden, one goes out to the store and finds a number of people wearing Seahawks equipment. It is an easy, if not always accurate, assumption that the person is simply riding the band wagon until it stops and they can find another. But when that ego boost becomes arrogance toward other fans and people, it can become personally destructive.</blockquote>
