Former all-pro safety LeRoy Butler once said the defining moment of the Packers' resurgence occurred on Nov. 15, 1992, at County Stadium. The Packers were 3-6 in Mike Holmgren's first season as coach and were 8-point underdogs to the Eagles (6-3). Dominating most of the game, the Packers avoided a late collapse for a rousing, 27-24, victory. The Packers were brimming with confidence and went 5-1 the rest of the way, just missing the playoffs.
