NFL 2023 Weekly Prediction Contest: Week 10

The NFL now moves into the second half of its schedule. Things are tightening up near the top of the standings. There are still 136 scores left to pick. Anyone could win that's on the scoreboard, or not. Score Bingos can make all of the difference.

ALL are welcome to play along!!

Guess the score of each team of each game...
Each game you pick the correct winner of: 5 points
If you pick correctly on at least half the games scheduled for the week earns a 20 points bonus
If you pick correctly on at least 75% of the games earns a 40 point bonus (plus the previous 20 points)
If you get all but one of the games correct nets 100 bonus points (plus the 20 & 40 from above)
Guess right on all the games and enjoy a free 150 points (plus the previous 24, 40 & 100)
And ..... If you guess both the correct winner and score of any game: 125 bonus points tacked on for each correct game.
If you've got incredibly mad skills and happen to guess every correct score of every game: you get a mega jackpot of 5000 points.

Several of us were close. Missed PATs, 2 point conversions, and missed 2 pointers all impact the final scores. If Buffalo comes through I will be satisfied. 3 games which could have impacted all of us were decided on the game ending FG: Cardinals, Browns, and Texans. If the other teams got it done in crunch time we have 3 more. Yet the Lions and Seahawks won it on the game enders. And our game COULD have been a game ender although the likelihood was slim. We should have tried a Josh McCown corner of the end zone shot and let them fight for it. Nothing to lose.

This was quite a week. How many games ended with a FG at the end or climaxed with a failed drive at the end. Really stymied us. This would be easy if every game was the Giants- Cowboys.

Too bad we aren't playing the Pick 'em game, for winners. I'd have a little lead at this point. I just don't have that magic touch you guys have in picking scores. But, if I hit pay dirt, I could be right back in the thick of it.

Too bad we don't see them this year. They would probably hand us one.

I wonder. The Packers would probably botch it, by allowing an extra point to be blocked, or allow them to get a FG after a 75 yard pass down the sideline, and out of bounds, to get them inside of a 20 yard FG.

I should not laugh. But this year I must in regard to blowing one for the Gipper. We have had only 4 exact scores so far. You may hit one and Lookout. The exact score is pure luck. The point differential is more calculated. Upsets still exist in the NFL. I hope the Pack get a few.
