If the whole reason you're hired is because you're going to install the in-vogue 2 high, match coverage defense of the day, and your veteran unit (in year two btw!) can't figure out how to handle a crossing route until week 6, you can leave. You either suck at teaching scheme or don't know what needs to be understood by the players or both.</blockquote>
