Yes Don Capers needs to be Fired, no one will disagree with that and I think this is great that there is no way after this season they find a reason to keep him. MM has an offensive system in place that is built around the QB- Aaron rodgers. Our backup QB isn’t on the same planet and does not even have a similar game play. Do me a favor and watch pregame warm ups this week. You do not see Jordy Nelson smiling or Mike Daniels looking locked in.
