Gado question

Since we picked him up as a free agent is he one now. Do we have any claim on him. If not we need to be offering him a package.

I think he's an exclusive rights free agent i.e. not under contract, but not free to negotiate with any other teams.

Actually, if memory serves me correctly, Gado is signed through 2006. That means he is signed to one more year with the Packers. I could be mistaken, however.

Gados technique improved over his 3 last games. This is very promising since he has the smarts and abilities to do that. We dont have a rockhead anymore who is too stubborn to switch arms when running the ball.
