We did manage to just get a second compensatory pick at #258...giving us 9 total picks with two fourths and three sevenths. Our picks are:

1. First round, No. 28 overall
2. Second round, No. 59 overall
3. Third round, No. 92 overall
4. Fourth round, No. 132 overall
5. Fourth round, No. 140 overall
6. Fifth round, No. 171 overall
7. Seventh round, No. 228 overall
8. Seventh round, No. 249 overall
9. Seventh round, No. 258 overall

I thought that we might get a 6th rounder for Jamaal Williams. As Swift's sidekick in Detroit, William's numbers were similar to what he amassed as Aaron Jones' sidekick in Green Bay. Getting a 4th for Linsley makes sense.

Well, we are going to have to find a new punter as of today. Maybe our new ST coach will use someone else to hold for kicks.

We are? We signed someone?

*edit - misread your comment.
Pat O'Donnell of the Bears. 8 year veteran. Not a spectacular punter but cheap. And he knows how to punt. Also has kicked in the cold for all those years. Not sure if he would be a holder. I think if we can block for the punts and cover them we could be all right. Obviously, if you were the Bears punter all those years their inept offense gave you plenty of chances to punt.

Blocking on all the special teams units needs to improve drastically. I don't see how it could possibly be worse than what we saw last season.

Yes. It might look good in a Pop Warner league.

Is Watkins going to count against us for 2023 draft compensatory picks?

Old Thread, but might as well leave it for each year.

The Packers ended up getting award 3 comp picks for the 2024 draft.

-- No. 168, fifth round

-- No. 219, sixth round

-- No. 255, seventh round
