The "We need to fix things" statement is getting pretty old and boring. Talk is cheap.

Especially when just as you to seem to be mad with the team's performance and sincere about getting it fixed you quickly add that that doesnt mean any changes are going to be forthcoming.

On the other hand if my boss called all the shots and I was way in over my head, all I'd do I suppose was to fret and fume.

Lol at the closing of his press conference, he said they just needed to get better and "stay the course". I guess he doesnt see any reason to change anything, seeing that things are going so well. :thumbsup: :crazy:
