But it might not have been, either. People take steroids/PEDs for a variety of reasons. Some of those are certainly to add strength, get stronger and faster, and so on. But other times it's to recover quicker from an injury. It's to help decrease recovery time between workouts. And so on. So I don't really have any idea what exactly he was doing and for what reason, but all that to say that I don't entirely agree with the notion that he wasn't able to get on the field with the aid of PEDs so therefore he definitely won't be able to without them.</blockquote>
