These are not fearless predictions in the least. 1) Brett Favre will return for the 2006 season. -- many are predicting this already and most (including Favre) have said the longer he takes the more likely he's returning. 2) Ted Thompson will sign a "surprise" free agent that will have Packer fans buzzing. -- Packer fans await every FA signing, so this is almost a given that a post-June signing will meet this criteria. 3) The Packers will draft a QB this year, in the later rounds. -- So... TT could draft any position in the later rounds. From the last draft, one could easily say that TT will look for the best player available for the team. 4) The Packers will draft either DE Mario Williams or LB A.J. Hawk with their first pick. -- As predicted by 98% of the mock drafts. 5) Paul Edinger will be the Green Bay K in 2006. -- Not much for other FA kickers left. 6) Javon Walker will be traded. -- Only likely because this draft is weak at WR and JW's low salary makes a trade easy, along with him wanting it. I still doubt TT will give in to such a demand. 7) The Packers will have a winning season and make the playoffs in 2006. -- Extremely likely. Prior to last year, GB won the division 3 years in a row. Last season they had a ton of injuries, but still had a good chance to win almost every game at the end. It is very likely they will turn it around in one year. 8 ) The Packers will win at least 6 games at Lambeau Field in 2006. -- Highly likely if #7 happens. 9) Favre will have a very solid 2006 season and pass Dan Marino as the all-time TD pass king. -- He doesn't have far to go. An average season for him will meet this criteria. 10) Favre will start all 16 games in 2006, running his consecutive start streak to 237 games. -- Duh! He's only done just that since 1992.
