    Packers re-sign Jenkins to deal

    Defensive lineman Cullen Jenkins was re-signed by the Green Bay Packers on Tuesday, the team announced. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

    As an exclusive-rights free agent, Jenkins could not negotiate with other teams.

    The 6-foot-3, 292-pound Jenkins used a stint in NFL Europe last spring to improve and become a reliable backup. He started six games in 2004, including four times early in the season when Grady Jackson was injured. Jenkins had 28 tackles, 4

    I like his effort. Hopefully he can continue to improve and become a force like his brother. :p
