Forum Signature Fix and YouTube Video Fix

    It appears that since the change to vBulletin the options to allow Register Users display forum signatures with BB Code has been turned off. This is fixed now. So you can no upload Signatures and use the BB Code Image options for your signature and everything should work.

    Also, the YouTube plugin seemed to stop working and is also fixed. You should not be able to post the link to the YouTube page and it will automatically be converted into a playable movie directly inside the post.
