1. Brett Favre as he was the best QB not just to wear a Packers uniform but any NFL uniform despite some things that went downhill afterwards. But still an awesome QB and ironman. 2. Reggie White as the minister of defense, RIP. 3. Clay Matthews an future HOF! 4. Greg Jennings a great WR and classy guy it seems.
In no particular order: Sterling Sharpe Steve Odom Ray Nitschke Charles Woodson John Brockington Honorable mention: Chester Marcol Tim Harris Carroll Dale MacArthur Lane LeRoy Butler Ahman Green
Thank God, finally some love for my boy Bubba. The original red zone threat. I just loved to see the big man out there running hard and over people. My List (a little more than 5): 1. Charles Woodson 2. Al Harris 3. Aaron Rodgers 4. Ahman Green 5. Reggie White 6. Herb Adderly and Willie Woods 7. Butler 8. Brett Favre As you can tell I kind of like the defensive back position.
Gilbert Brown..the guy was a monster Bart Starr...the guy still IS a true gentleman, a true Packer and class act (Favre take note..) William Henderson...in my opinion, never got the credit fully for making runningbacks look great. Ahman Green (1st time).... scored an 80yd T.D. against Cowboys that will stay with me forever. Aaron Rodgers........Has shown HE has what it takes to make and KEEP us great for the future. Has shown class through ALL the Favre crap.
No particular order: Reggie, Bart Starr. Donald Driver, Leroy Butler, Gilbert Brown, Clay Mathews, Aaron Rodgers. Paul Hornung.
Over 50 years of watching the team I just cannot pick any. There are so many that will always be special. A good mother never has a favorite son. She loves all her boys.
Sorry to disagree with you sir, but my kid brother would vehemently disagree with your last remark.....lol He reckoned at least the dog loved him But I take your point
I'm going to stick to 1990's on since that was when I started watching. Don Bebee! DD Wayne Simmons Ahman Green Sterling Favre The Grave Digger! Kampman Reggie Paup Butler and Bhawoh Jue
Reggie White Sterling Sharpe LeRoy Butler Aaron Rodgers Brett Favre I would have Lombardi of this list if it said people who were not restricted to players. Him and Reggie are the biggest Packer Legends in my book. I almost put Chuck Cecil over Favre. I think Butler should be in the HoF but is underrated.
In no order: Aaron Rodgers, Clay Matthews, Reggie White, Jordy Nelson,Nick Collins, Greg Jennings, and Charles Woodson. Favorite coach:Vince Lombardi and Mike McCarthy Favorite GM:Ted Thompson
Great call on the 6-Shooter Tim Harris, who tormented opposing QBs. Hard to believe though, no Donald Driver on here or on anyone's top-10 list. He's been a true great Packer for a long time, drafted in 1999. He's been all class, beat the odds to just make the team in the first place drafted pick #213, and oh by the way he's our all-time leading WR in our proud and long franchise history.
In receptions yes, long long way to go to get to the TD record in GB. And I listed DD as my favorite current packer so he did get some love on this thread, just not enough.
did someone just suggest chewy? He gets booed out of Lambeau every time they try to bring him back. On top of that he is a complete A hole.
Laughed quite loud at this ahahahah Here's my list, really no order: Chuck Woodson Gilbert Brown Nick Collins Antonio Freeman Jordy Nelson William Henderson
KGB, Gilbert Brown, William Henderson, Bill Curry(a gentleman and I read his books), Mark Tauscher, Darren Sharper and Bubba Franks.
Donny Anderson - the first jersey I owned as a kid. Jerry Tagge - the second jersey I owned and wore as a kid. Sterling Sharpe - named my cat after him. Looked just like him. Chuck Cecil - fierce hitter. Mark Murphy - see above.
