What we do not want to happen is for MM and TT to decide they just don't have the right personel and continue drafting and aquiring people to fit a scheme that may fail. If finally the system does fail the Pack is left with a bunch of square pegs from a failed system and the rebuilding must start all over again. This is scary and remenisent of the 70's and 80's.</blockquote>
