To extrapolate to Elliot Wolf, I would be deeply concerned if his name were considered to replace Mike McCarthy as coach but not Ted Thompson as GM.Age is a number. It can give you the opportunity to be more wise and savvy but does not guarantee it. Schneider has some oopsie's in his resume as well. Wolf will hit some bumps but seems to have what it will take to be a good GM.</blockquote>
