[QUOTE="rodell330, post: 540658, member: 6676"] Correction, Aaron Rodgers and the offense has put this team in position every year. Yea TT drafted Rodgers blah blah blah but funny how Ted Thompson lovers were singing a different tune when Rodgers went down and we had to lean on a defense and a backup quarterback to who quite frankly was signed because your beloved TT botched the qb situation in pre-season! Had Flynn not been let go when he was this team doesn't sniff the playoffs..the Packers lucked out! making the playoffs this year was sheer luck i don't care how you TT supporters see it. This team is in position every year to win the North but lack other quality pieces to win a SB.. and that's because of the players or lack thereof that are on the roster..that i give 100% credit to TT. NOBODY is afraid of the Packers defense...nobody! He drafted one player in the last 4 freakin yrs who is a stud while the rest are just bodies at a position. But he deserves all this credit and no blame? but yet we are TT haters? because we recognize that the defense is still bad? and that his draft and develop method isn't working and hasn't worked out? I posted a chart a couple days ago about where the Packers have ranked on defense the past 4yrs and how many points and yds they gave up in the playoff loses. Which basically have been a result of defensive calamity. Blame should NOT escape Ted Thompson who has invested numerous picks on a defense that hasn't gotten any better. Since 2011, Thompson has used seven picks in the first four rounds on the draft on defensive players. In order, Davon House, Nick Perry, Jerel worthy, Casey Hayward, Mike Daniels, and Jerron McMillan in 2012; and Datone Jones in 2013. Being the great evalator of talent he gets so much credit for shouldn't the defense be better? instead of one of the leagues worst?
