AR didn't need a replacement in the 2020-2021 time frame. Gute's job should be tied to his 2019 draft class. He had a team only a few players from a SB and he basically drafted like he was in rebuilding mode. It was the craziest draft I ever saw and infuriated AR who wants to win a SB now. Gute horribly misjudged AR's career trajectory and started a transition too hastily which likely shut the Packers Super bowl window. If he can't fix his own mess then he should be fired but he should be given a chance to admit his poor judgement, learn from his mistakes and fix the smelly mess that he created. For everyone wanting to trade rodgers, be prepared for 5-12 seasons without him for a very long time. The chances that another HOF qb comes through the door are nearly zero. How many franchises have had 3 straight HOF qb's? Gute should be smart enough to understand that.</p></blockquote><p></p>
