Tyni's Mock 3.0 since we are all bored... In this mock we trade back with Jacksonville. They get our #30 (valued at 620), in exchange we get their #42 & #73 (valued at 705). I'll even add to my mock, they do so to grab Jacob Eason or another QB to ensure they have that 5th year option should they so choose in the future. So here we go: #42 - Jalen Reagor WR is whom I ultimately went with here. I think an OT and iDL would garner SERIOUS looks, but ultimately I want a weapon for Rodgers and I've grown a fan of Reagor and his unique skillset added to our WR corps. #62 - Marlon Davidson iDL I chose him over Madubuike who I showed still realistically an option. I don't personally believe Davidson sees #62...but it is not a reach either given some of the others that will for sure go before him. *say he is gone pencil in Madubuike here...or Malik Harrison should he be there. #73 - Matthew Peart OT I continue to say and be a fan of his. Everthing is there for a Tackle of the future in the NFL...just needs refinement and strength to build. #94 - Bryce Hopkins TE Let's keep adding weapons to the offense for AR to have a resurgence and silence the doubters. If Hopkins is the result of missing out on the Hooper and arguably Ebron train...we may end up happy. His route running and hands are ready...blocking not so much...let's see what he can do. #136 - Logan Wilson ILB Range for days, upside is high and I think should pair well with the ILB room and continue to overhaul that position. #175 - Antonio Gandy-Golden WR For a long time we've attempted to hit on late round WRs...I have zero problem with the way the draft is unfolding to do it again. Big receiver with jump ball skills for sure....poor man's Jefferson as his routes aren't the best. Truly a unique guy from anything else in the WR room. Let's go! #192 - DJ Wonnum EDGE - His skillset and abilities to me illustrate the perfect depth and rotational player that can do what he is asked so long as it isn't be the "guy" at his position. Fackrell replacement found. #208 - Tanner Muse S (LB) - Appears to be headed to that hybrid LB/S role, and I think Pettine would love this cerbral and experience player willing to roam....but not a speed and coverage specialist. #209 - Reggie Robinson II CB - I've touched on him before...a standout CB from Tulsa with the measurables and flashes to excel as a outside corner in the league. Not a dire need, but I would love to roll a late round dice on this project of a CB some are falling in love with...so he may not be here as he was went from many saying undrafted to being seen on boards more and more. #236 - Levonta Taylor CB - Yes, yes, yes...I know we double dip on the CB position?! Yes, but it is late and again a project guy no one is quite sure what he is. I love the boom or bust options at this point in the draft...or pick up a RB/WR (see next pick LOL) #242 - Michael Warren II RB - This cat from Cincinnati has the skills in the passing game, above average in the running game...a versatile back I think immediately puts heat on Dexter for the #3 spot in that he is more versatile. My own personal critique is not ENOUGH big guys. Hate that I don't walk away with another OL or DL....I nearly drafted Zach Shackelford iOL out of Texas in place of Levonta....and honestly probably should have. Alas...every mock is fair game for critiques even the mocker themselves :) LOL
