Long time lurker, my God you nailed it, just good enough. 2010 was a fluke, lets accept that. Honestly our game plans are so vanilla it hurts, the type that require super studs to make work. Having second tier talent running high school plays on both sides of the ball doesn't work. We have the slowest scoring players in the league. Lets also admit we have 2nd tier coaches. What happens to our coaches that leave? Failure, all riding great QB's to false resumes. Never seem to have players in the right positions or understand crucial game situations. Too many times we look lost. No wonder the Pats are always there, they seem to understand the game situation. On Fitz long run, entire Dline collapses inside, no one stayed in their lane. How do you let one of the best receivers in history be completely ignored? We have now pretty much wasted 2 QB's other teams would have traded their soul for. I have come to the conclusion it's all about selling jerseys and Tee shirts. Not truly trying to win SB's. The constant thinking we can make 5th round picks play like 1st round picks is never going to work. To finish my rant QUIT DRAFTING BIG TEN PLAYERS. Easiest way to bet, take the team with the least amount of Big 10 starters.
