Doesn't matter who you've worked with, if a derogatory term is thought to be derogatory by a group of people because it's based on race, then it's racist. You're personal opinion, while certainly your right to hold, means squat compared to the group of people the term is aimed at.How about instead of telling people to deal with being insulted, the people doing the insulting get "tough" enough to use a different word?
