thanks, Upon looking at those comparables it’s not out of the norm. Most teams only have around 1/3 of the players left from 2018/2019/2020 drafted area I think Gutes done fine. I also think expectations are too high for a first year starting QB. Recent example as a first year in the NFL Trevor Lawrence 3-14 record 59.6% completions 12 TD 17 INT 33.5 QBR Can you imagine had we listened to the disgruntled fan base in real-time? He was a league leader in INT!! Terrible completion rate! He was the #1 overall selection in the draft and shouldn’t that deserve a higher expectation? The Packers have a year to build around him. We couldn’t do squat this year because of a horrendous Cap situation. In 2024 we have both Draft capital AND financial Capital to plug Offense weaknesses. I suspect we’ll bring in 1 good FA and plug another big time draft selection. Let these young guys mature a little it’s not as bad as everyone is making it. We’re smack dab in the middle of taking a good pruning. We just can’t pass judgment until we see the a full season +. Funny how everyone was talking opposite after the first 2 games. It’s almost a comical rollercoaster I can’t wait to revisit these threads one day :)
