I’ve only been there twice, but I’ve worked with people from that area. Pittsburgh isn’t a far cry from it either. But Philly is a mixture of near ghetto (like many larger cities) and that NY, tough guy.  Mostly blue collar bark, but they are not very refined in their manners or initial interaction. Generally good people at the core though, just more initial defensive posturing.  Like any crowd mentality, get 10% acting stupid and others pile on</p></blockquote><p></p>
