Are conditional agreements actually reached, as in "we think it's unlikely you'll be drafted, and if you're not, we definitely want to sign you and bring you in to mini-camp"?Or is that even legal? Is it more like, "we have a strong interest in you, and if you're not drafted, make sure you're near your phone"?</blockquote>
