During his Tenure, we have made the playoffs 6 times and short of a disaster will be there again this year, two NFC Championship games, one Superbowl, 3 straight division titles. Add to that he hired a young and relativity unknown offensive coordinator as the teams coach.He had the balls to trade Brett Favre following a year that he took the team to the NFC championship.
