This team needs to begin to actually make plans and decisions on player personnel, they've done about all they can do with contract restructures that they felt okay with pushing money on...from here it is discussions of signing, cuts, attempted extensions or reworkings of a pay cut type discussions...none of which can occur or arguably begin till Aaron makes this decision that he himself has claimed wouldn't take long.</p></blockquote><p></p>
