He tried to aquire F.A to help them get over the hump and he didnt not get enuff back up players from the drafts..Once the players that he inherited started to lose their step or move on, the team had no real replacements...They started to lose home games, 1st and out of the playoffs and losing at home in the playoffs..The reason I think the Pack were winning the divisions is a few reasons...They were just an above average team in a VERY bad division...just look at Minny, Chic and Detorit records when Sherman was H.C...Not to mention 2 freaky senerioes to HELP them win the division..I am not happy with the play the last 2 years but I also firmly believe that this is where the team was headed no matter what</blockquote>
