Ted's methods have been both the boon and the curse of this franchise.  He's obviously talented at what he does.  But by the same token, his stubbornness in looking at the long term has held the team back from taking the next step.  Maybe other teams see him as many fans see him - as one of the reasons Aaron Rodgers has only been in one Super Bowl.  He's been unable to put together a good defensive unit despite years and years of drafting heavily for that side of the ball.</blockquote>
