People *always* seem to think the grass is greener elsewhere. If fans took just a few minutes to think about where we are now vs. where we used to be and the position we're in for the foreseeable future, they'd be more grateful. What's nice is to see comments like these from fans of our division rivals: That from a Bears fan posted over at PFT: Week Nine mailbag | ProFootballTalk.com I think it speaks volumes that fans of other teams have a respect for just how good our guys are. No, Ted isn't perfect, and yes, some of his moves lead some of us scratching our heads. He doesn't make big splashes in free agency or knee-jerk reactionary trades, but he's far from being the worst GM in the league. In fact, I'd say he's one of the best, and I think this season proves it. 10 guys out on IR, 5 starters, 5 immediate backups and we're still having success. Most any other teams would have folded by now. In fact, anyone remember the 2005 team, also riddled by injury and finishing 4-12? Yet here we are, currently leading our division. Imagine how much better we will be next year when we have all of our big players back from IR. We have Ted to thank for that.
