In fact, I'd say he's one of the best, and I think this season proves it. 10 guys out on IR, 5 starters, 5 immediate backups and we're still having success. Most any other teams would have folded by now. In fact, anyone remember the 2005 team, also riddled by injury and finishing 4-12? Yet here we are, currently leading our division. Imagine how much better we will be next year when we have all of our big players back from IR. We have Ted to thank for that.</blockquote>
