As we know, most players towards the end of their second contract get extended or get cut due to the cap hits. For RB's, getting cut is frequent. I think we'll see one more season of Jacobs. He'll either take a pay cut if he wants to stick around in 2027 or wind up a cap casualty. That's why I mentioned before,  the game can be cruel to RB's. I think he'll be replaced by somebody making 1 million per year on their rookie contract after 2026 or take a substantial pay cut.</blockquote>
