Some sort of restructure or renegotiation would be in order. I see a record guaranteed amount coming from someone.  As much as I hate the idea of paying one guy that much its becoming the norm.  I won't go so far as to say "pay the man" which to me means give him whatever he wants, but I will say "get it done" which to me means find a way to work it out and keep him.</blockquote>
