Tampa. That tells me they are no longer the powerhouse they used to be.   They played Philly, minus McNabb.  But I'm supposed to think that Kolb is just as good. They barely beat St. Louis, had to come back from 21 down at Miami.  Are they good, sure, but not head and shoulders above any other team.  I would be willing to bet the Packer's could beat them.</p></blockquote><p></p>
