I am reasonably sure that TT was demoted due to health reasons and not because of performance. Otherwise, he would have been fired completely.The new structure is probably the demand by MM. It's not fair to the HC to hire a new GM who can in turn fire the HC. And maybe he agreed to fire Capers under the condition of the new structure? I doubt it, but it is still possible.</blockquote>
