Anyone who has been a long time fan of an NFL team eventually becomes a fanatic. We love our team but start to become obsessive about every little thing that didnt go well. We overanalyze, we get tunnell vision just looking at what our team did or didnt do. Yes weve had some debacles but so has every other team in the NFL. How about the giants leading the broncos by a million points with a few minutes left in the game but lose it anyway. How about an elite team like the rams leading seattle 30-14 with 8 min left in the 4th and still losing. How about the recent game with lions losing to the steelers even though the lions had scored the winning TD 3 times on 3 consecutive plays in the remaining seconds only to have each TD called back because of penalties. Talk about a debacle!! How about the eagles collapse a few years back where they lost, what their last 5 or 6 games to end a disasterous season. My point is we arent the only team that has muffed games, every team in the league has done so many times but our tunnel vision doesnt let us see that. This GB team is good! Let me ask this question. This season have the packers ever been blown out in a game, have they ever been destroyed and sent home with their tail between their legs. I cant think of any, can you?? Despite all the injuries we've had to prime time players this team fights hard every single game. Just 2 games left in the season. Time for us to can the debacle talk, put our big boy pants on, give this team the support they deserve and accept whatever happens.
