I still think GB has a decent chance of going deep in the playoffs. That game was a big wake up call that we need significant “cleanup” internally. Meaning we need to work on improving in several areas and I’m including everyone from Top down. Would’ve been nice to see us not get complacent. If we were 3-6 again then I get it. Skip FA. 6-3 gives us a couple of unexpected losses and still a chance to make playoffs. I’m actually surprised Gutey hasn’t made a move it’s needed imo. Yes Jordan needs to clean up some stuff, but he also needs 1 more veteran target in the Passing game unless they think Musgrave might be can be used in some capacity. It’s not a crucial need, but it’s become my 2nd or 3rd personal choice to upgrade. Grab a Veteran weapon for the Pass game. Detroit adding Z Smith made them better. We can’t expect to just sit pat and wallow in our woes. I’d get 1 substantial Defender and poke around for a known Veteran quantity to inject into the Offense if reasonable. Just my opinion. This current roster won’t be enough anymore. As they say “Close but no cigar” IMO a “move” or “non move” is as much psychological as it is a tangible improvement. Detroit is better and is still improving and if we think we can be spectators we’ll be disappointed in the end. Gute tey.. GO get us someone to be excited about. Rejuvenate this team and make our Alma Mater proud. UWL baby!
