They tie the meeting in with camp, so that shareholders who could only  make it to town  for the meeting can catch the 1st day of camp. They make a bit of an event around that.I'm surprised it's taking so  long to announce it. It's usually published in  early May,  which is about the time  I got my packet.I hope you do make it. It'd be good to meet you.
