Since he was handed the reigns early in 2008, Rodgers has gone out of his way to be a leader of the entire team. Below is a link to a Wilde article from May of that year. IMO his hosting team get-togethers in which every member of the team, from the all pros to newly signed UDFAs were invited, was a great idea.
