Are we supposed to be mad at  GM that won't rip up a contract with 3 or 4 years remaining in order to guarantee big dollars to a guy he just guaranteed 100 million dollars to just a short time ago and is an aging QB who's at a point in his career QB's are basically on 1 and 2 year deals? If Rodgers wants to retire that's on him.  you commit that much money again to an aging QB who hasn't proven to be the most durable in the world and something happens, this team is screwed for a while. Maybe if Gute traded Preston, got rid of a bunch of vets for picks and were loading up on capital for when Love is ready to take over, but that's not even close to what's happened.  he's invested MORE in vets to keep this team together and is currently sacrificing future for the now.  If Rodgers is that upset, he needs to pull his head out of wherever it is.</blockquote>
