He proved the window of opportunity is still very open and wants that to be as long as possible at least to the end of 2024 which would wreck Jordan Love's rookie contract ability to have a starting qb at a bargain price. AR has forced Gute's hand. Either extend Rodgers and waste a first round draft pick or move on from Rodgers and throw Love into the mix before he's ready. Looks like there is no way Rodgers comes back in 2021 without an extension if any of the reporting has any validity.</p></blockquote><p></p>
