They quite often bring in other coaches and players that are peak performers. Due to relational ties. We saw this with Nixon and several others.  New Coaching can bring in some good talent. Also Rich drug Byron Storer over from LV.  So I guess I’ll add our Assistant Teams Coach left. Byron Storer is now the Coordinator in Cleveland.  This was the ideal time to make a clean sweep as one of our lead Special Teams Coaching tenants already vacated.Also quite often a 1st year Coordinator often DOES get some resources. As the FO wants to improve and give them a boost. Plus let’s be frank, this will be a reflection on the FO and they’ll want to look good. You might see a FA add..  ..RD7 specialist etc. etc. added. Just to kinda give the new Teams Coordinator support.I’ll miss Rich he’s a good dude. But I like this move. It’s time</blockquote>
