It doesn't seem like he was outside though from what the Police report is saying which makes his story seem a bit weird. Also why did he wait so long to report the whole thing? I think it will come down to what the Cop says and what Bennett says. Since the cops camera was working or on which seems to be the case most of the time in these cases I don't know what good video they will get unless other officers were right up on Bennett at the time he was on the ground.</p></blockquote><p></p>
