Well here is my ideal scenario: Brady Poppinga gets traded: Hasn't adjusted to the 3-4 and has not even shown improvement being used in the 1-5-5. Hopefully TT can sucker another GM into giving up a quality draft pick for him. Ryan Pickett leaves: OK I know I'm going to get some bashing for this but c'mon. Pickett didn't even finish the whole season this year and is slowing down. Couple the fact that BJ Raji and Bustin Harrell are being paid top dollar for sitting on the bench, do we really want to pay another DT superstar money? If so then I suggest Casey Hampton. The steelers said that they don't plan on retaining him and Hampton has anchored a 3-4 for years. Jarret Bush leaves: self explanatory Spencer Havner or Donald Lee traded: Finely is going to be an all-pro TE in the next 3-4 years, period. The only worry we have now is who is going to play backup. Lee is on the decline so we should trade him away for some value while we can. Same goes for Havner except that Havner is up and coming which means trading him could be a good thing. Again TT can really sucker in another GM to give up a 2nd or 3rd rounder for Havner because I beleive this kid can truly be a starter. Colledge leaves: I hate his attitude, said that he deserves top dollar but isn't playing like a top 15 guard in the NFL. Jeremy Thompson waived: The guy is clearly suffering from a life-threatening injury and playing football will only make it worse. I hope he finds a bright future somewhere else or maybe the packers organization will offer him an intern job for inactive players at a lower salary. Blackmon leaves: I don't think he can play cornerback. He was drafted only to return kicks and punts and if you take him out of his natural element it is only logical for them to continue declinging. Just ask Devin Hester.
