Some positions average = 54% others is 61% etc.Look at the player pool size vs where said player falls. If they are graded 70th of 140 players they’re roughly 50% tile. So then you cross it with their “grade 56.7” and that = the mean +-Other positions it’s a little higher or lower. I think 53%-62% is pretty normal. Start getting into 65% and you’re a good starter. Clipping at 51% and you’re “emerging” or “needs minor refinement”So this is simply my guess is that the field of players at that position group have a curve. In 2025 it might be 61% is average at DL. At CB it might’ve been 56% average. I have noticed different position groups have a curve that floats about 5% +- It’s a little tricky but I use the percentile grade based on number of player field at that position13th/177 =top 7.3% or ~93rd percentile of the league. or 123rd/213= bottom 58% (100%-58%) =42nd% tile</blockquote>
