He DID acknowledge the Pack as having some good defensive weapons although he felt there would be more "individual" improvement by certain players than overall team improvement thus an 8-8 result. I think individual improvement usually equates to a higher level of overall team play and ultimately more wins. But that's just me.</blockquote>
