The increasing salary cap will be sucked up by bigger contracts and won't bail the Packers out of their hole. Other than a one year deal for a declining player way past his prime, I don't see a reasonable situation to add a decent veteren on a longer contract without sabotaging future seasons even worse than they are already burdened.</p></blockquote><p></p>
