He did get savage (day one starter) in the first.  And Alexander who became a starter very early on in his first season (11 of 13 games)I get he's shown his first pick doesn't "have" to be a starter.  But I think this year with him being in win now mode, the first round pick will be a starter at one of the 5 positions I mentioned.</blockquote>
